Jennifer Flint, RYT 200, currently offers private individual or small group sessions. She is dedicated to creating Hatha Yoga sequences based on the individual needs of her students no matter their level of experience.
She encourages her students to show up with an open mind and heart, self acceptance, and the willingness to let go of things which no longer serve the greatest interest of life.

Philosophy
Every Body can benefit from Yoga, no matter how vigorous or gentle a practice. We all have our stories as to how we got to where we are today. It is so important to not only accept where we are in our lives, but also to embrace, honor and appreciate where we are, as we are in the Now -the moment of life that matters the most.
Jennifer invites students to embrace themselves as they are Now, perfect and divine expressions of Creation. In her own experience, the work done on the mat truly has transformative powers over conscious daily life. Practicing yoga on a regular basis nourishes, refreshes, balances and aligns the mind, body, and spirit, in turn helps us to reach our fullest potential so we may begin showing up in our day-to-day actions with dynamic energy and a true sense of compassion.
The movements of the body, awareness of the breath, and stillness of the mind create space for a sacred deeper knowing of Self. It is here where most begin to tap into their ‘Flow’ and find their own authentic rhythm of living life to the fullest.
